- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 04, 2020, by Ward LundgrenI made a reservation for a Snowmobile and had to cancel because the guy that I was going snowmobiling with had a death in the family so he couldn't go. The policy is you need to cancel 10 days before the reserved date. I called early in the morning on the 9th day but the women said that I would loose my $100 deposit. I asked she would make an exception given the circumstances and the very rude lady said no. Unbelivable!
